Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy for stock items only, which means if the product was a commission or a customizable, made-to-order item, it cannot be returned/exchanged.
To start a return for a stock item, contact me within 2 days of receipt of the item to discuss options. Please make sure you pay attention to measurements on listings to avoid surprises. With the exceptions of items damaged in shipping, shipping costs will not be refunded.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exchanges can be arranged at our discretion, providing the item is completely undamaged and returned within 14 days of purchase. Please handle the item as little as possible with bare hands if you are intending to exchange it- the oils in your skin can damage finishes.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Commissions and custom-made products are not returnable or refundable. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact me before purchasing the item.
Please note that colors vary depending on the device you view my products with, so it may look slightly different on the screen than it does in person. Also, patinas are organic and are almost never exactly alike, even if the product is repeated and I use the same patina formula. I make everything by hand, so there will always be some variation from one piece to the next.
